The Nightjar seats twelve at the bar and nowhere else. There's no menu printed for the table — you sit, you talk to whoever's pouring, and the chapter you land in tells you what's worth ordering tonight.
Everything on the list is built to be finished slowly. Nothing here is meant to be rushed, least of all you.
